Babysitting Safety & CPR/First Aid (4/15/25)

The Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from ASHI gives teenagers and young adults everything they need to know for safe and successful babysitting. From getting started with their business, to dealing with parents and children, to key safety, caregiving, and first aid tips, the magazine-format CABS guide and vlogger-style video make learning fun.
American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED/First Aid courses provide students the highest quality training in the lifesaving skills of first aid and/or CPR and use of an AED. This course empowers students to act with confidence in the event of an emergency at work, home, or in the community.
Students should be at least 12 years old for this class.
Held during April School Vacation on Tuesday, April 15 at the City Municipal Building from 9-4. Fee is $80 per person and is limited to 16 students (12 years and above).

Address for the Municipal Building is 295 Meridian Street, Groton CT. Held in Council Chambers. Open to City Residents and Non-Residents alike. ***BRING A BAG LUNCH
